Frogs and frolicking

Our town's claim to fame is that Mark Twain lived here at one time and even founded the town's first library. So each May the library hosts a Frog Frolic festival. Yes, there are frogs, but alas, no frog jumping contests or other such frog-involved silliness. There are, however, bubbles. Big bubbles.
