Dinosaurs

Ellie and Grace love watching a show called Dino Dan on Nick Jr. While it isn't my favorite of shows, they are learning a lot about dinosaurs. Because they like Dino Dan so much and because next week's show 'n tell at preschool is dinosaurs, we ventured into NYC today to go to the American Museum of Natural History to see...what else?...dinosaurs.

 

On the train ride into NYC, the conductor let Ellie and Grace blow the horn and wear the conductor hat. Now how cool was that? There were smiles all around and even a bit of applause from fellow travelers as we made our way back to our seats.

Soon we were arriving at Grand Central and catching a taxi to the museum.

Today was such a lovely day that after viewing dinosaur bones, we strolled through Central Park.

And that was our day. Hope yours was just as good.
